On the governance and security side of Google Cloud Platform, my experience focused heavily on identity administration and precise user access control. Working directly within Cloud Identity, I managed enterprise user directories, structured organizational units, and handled the end-to-end lifecycle of user accounts and group memberships. My primary objective was establishing a secure foundation for the cloud environment by enforcing the principle of least privilege, ensuring that every user had the exact permissions required for their role—and nothing more.
Leveraging the GCP Console, I took a hands-on approach to configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, assigning resource-level roles, and managing granular permissions across various projects. I was responsible for executing seamless user onboarding and offboarding workflows, troubleshooting access bottlenecks, and routinely auditing permissions to mitigate security risks. Through meticulous, console-driven administration, I maintained a highly organized, secure, and compliant cloud environment that supported team productivity while safeguarding critical assets.
